Ordering Information
If you have any questions concerning your order or our ordering process, please send an email to customerservice@abbottwire.com. Please include your order number with your question, if available.
Abbott Wire and Cable will send out two confirmation email messages once you have placed an order:
1) when we receive your order and 2) when we ship your order. We will send a third email to let you know if any of your items are back-ordered. If you ever have a question or wish to check on the status of your order, please send an email to customerservice@abbottwire.com.
Shipping & Handling
We request that you select a shipping carrier and provide us with your shipping account number in order to avoid handling surcharges. If you do not have an account with any shipping carrier, we will ship your order by best method and you will be responsible for all charges incurred.
Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Back Orders
We avidly try to avoid backorders, however, they do occur. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified promptly via email. We will not substitute any items without your permission. We also will ship any in stock items separately from the backordered item. If you cannot wait for an item, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order up until we notify you that your item has been shipped.
Return/Guarantee Policy
We offer an absolute and unconditional 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products. If your item is defective or not exactly what you ordered, we will replace that item or give you a full refund. If you are less than completely satisfied, please send us an email at customerservice@abbottwire.com
Changes/Cancellations
If you find it necessary to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Send us an email at customerservice@abbottwire.com. We will make every effort to modify or cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. If your order has already shipped, we will send you an authorization form for you to send the unwanted items back to us. We will credit your account or provide you a refund once we receive the items back from you.
