1. Can you customize my order?
   Being a value added-manufacturer, Abbott Wire can provide you with options to customize your wire and cable. We understand your order might need to fit a specific requirement. We are able to dye, stripe, cut and strip, barcode, and/or print your order. Abbott Wire can also provide UL/SCA tags to meet internal certification needs. 2. Do you manufacture custom cables?
   Our specialty is Custom Cable Assemblies. Our on staff engineers can help you build your specific requirement. Visit our Custom Cable Design Center to get started. We offer low order minimums and fast turnaround times!
     
3. How long does it take to get a quote back?
   All requests for quotes are answered on the same business day if submitted before 3PM EST. In some cases, such as with quotes for special constructions, requests can take up to 24 hours.
     
4. How long is your average turnaround time?
   As long as your order is received by 3:00 PM EST, Abbott Wire will ship any in-stock item the same day. With our large stock of hard to find wire and cable, we are able to provide you with a quick turnaround time.
     
5. Do you offer warranties on your products?
   Abbott Wire offers a full guarantee that all of our products, wire, cable, connectors and more, are free from defects. You can return any product that does not meet your specifications for a replacement or full refund.
     
6. Do you require a minimum order?
   Abbott Wire has one of the industry’s lowest order minimums at $50.00 per order.
     
7. From where do you ship your material?
   We are headquartered in PA; however, we have warehouses located throughout the US. By having multiple shipping locations, you can count on your order to arrive quickly, no matter where you are located.
     
8. Do you offer custom packing and drop shipment services?
   We do offer a drop shipment service, and we can even use your label and packing list.
     
9. What other products do you sell besides wire and cable?
   We also carry a wide variety of tubing, connectors, cable assemblies, cable ties, and electronics and networking components, in addition to our full range of wire and cable.
